This is the 2023 article – check out January 2024 here
January’s a funny old month, isn’t it? You’ve just gotten over the festive season and all that comes with it and it always starts with good intentions that it will be a better year than the one just gone. If we could suggest just one New Year’s Resolution for you – go to more events. The last few years have been tough for a lot of people – including many of our local creatives. If you can afford it all, do what you can to support them by going to a show or purchasing some of their work. A simple gesture that can mean a lot to someone else.
So once you’ve gotten over the post-New Year’s Eve hangover, here are three events during January for you to enjoy.

It’s Always The Quiet Ones
Following a successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe, Tigers Eye Theatre bring their quick-fire tragicomedy It’s Always the Quiet Ones to the Belltable on Saturday 28th January as part of an Irish tour.
