The Pigtown Times is your independent guide to all the incredible things happening in Limerick. We set up this website because we felt that so many great events were not getting the promotion they deserved, and the people of Limerick were missing out on so much entertainment. Our solution was to start doing a weekly event guide to showcase what’s going on in Limerick.

The Pigtown Directory is an ongoing project to list all the best Pubs, Restaurants, Cafes, Shops, and more in Limerick. This is a guide for both locals and visitors. It’s still a work in progress with plenty more businesses to add. If you run a local business and we haven’t listed you yet, please get in touch.
We also produce a printed Events Listings flyer. This is usually distributed to pubs, cafes, and shops around the City on Sunday evenings. It includes the various events that are coming up this week.
The deadline for the printed listings is 11pm on Thursday evening so we can get it to the printer in time. Space is limited but we try to include as many events as we possibly can.
