What a week we’ve just had with three amazing gigs in the Castle as well as a host of other events in venues across Limerick. Did you make it to something this week? What was your favourite event? This week is dominated by events for Limerick Pride Week with loads going on from Monday to Sunday. Normally things quieten down over the summer and these event listings are fairly quick to write. Summer 2023 in Limerick is showing no signs of slowing down at all. This week, we’ve got three amazing Live at the Castle gigs with Kraftwerk, Madness and the Stunning all playing at this amazing venue. Pigtown Listings – 12th-18th June

And we’re back with another exciting week of events here in the Treaty City. The weather has been great recently and Limerick have added yet another Munster Championship to the Trophy cabinet. Discover Limerick Pass launched

A new tourism initiative, the Discover Limerick Pass, was officially launched today in King John’s Casttle, offering both locals and tourists access to fourteen different attractions across the City and County. There was a great buzz around the city last week with Denise Chaila, the Coronas, Paolo Nutini and all the great Feile na Greine gigs happening in venues big and small. Rapecrisis Midwest Charity Auction

On the evening of Friday, 8th May, the Rapecrisis Midwest headquarters suffered a break-in. While no money was taken or personal data compromised, several rooms were damaged. Rapecrisis Midwest helps survivors of sexual abuse and violence. They provide comprehensive information, professional support, and quality counselling service for those affected.
