Limerick is lighting up the night with Twilight Thursday — a new monthly series dedicated to celebrating the city’s night-time economy. From live music and food pop-ups to late-night shopping and cultural happenings, there’s a wide range of events and promotional offers to fill your night.
What is Twilight Thursday?
Twilight Thursday is a new city-wide initiative spearheaded by Limerick’s Night Time Economy Office. Once a month, the city will come alive after hours with a curated programme of events, exclusive offers, and extended opening hours across shops, bars, galleries, and more.
When is Twilight Thursday?
Twilight Thursdays will take place on the last Thursday of every month:

Limerick Printmakers are hosting a special Twilight Thursday Print Workshop celebrating St Brigid at 6pm. During this relaxed workshop, you’ll learn the basics of both monoprint and relief techniques while hand-printing one-of-a-kind Brigid’s cross designs that can be hung in your home to invoke blessings, and experiment with ready-to-print silkscreen imagery to create striking patterned & illustrated backgrounds that pay homage to Brigid’s role in protecting people, animals, & the land.
