Pigtown Listings – 10th – 16th August

So welcome to another Pigtown Listings. Unfortunately, we now know the pubs won’t be opening up this week. This will be disappointing for a lot of you, not least those who are waiting to return to work. That said, there’s still plenty to do in Limerick this week.

Therefore, if you’re attending any of the events listed below, be sensible. Please respect the event organisers’ Covid-19 procedures. Wear your facemask if required. Most of these events require pre-booking so check the links provided in advance.

Our Pigtown Pick of the Week is the 5th Annual 10K Charity Paddle for Rapecrisis Midwest. It takes you along the River Shannon from Annacotty into the City. It’s a great way to challenge yourself and experience Limerick from a whole new angle, all while helping raise money for a great cause.

By the way, did you read our feature on Limerick Podcasts yet?
