If the rumours are to be believed, this might be the last Bandcamp Friday for a while. If you’re not familar with Bandcamp Friday, it’s when music sales website Bandcamp doesn’t charge commissions on sales for one day each month. Why is that important? It means up and coming musicians get 100% of the money for purchases. So if you want to support local music, this is the best way to do it. And given all that’s happened in the last year, I think it’s fair to say they deserve a helping hand for getting us through it all. So why not Support Local and buy an album or some merch.
