The Cold Pigeon Collective Exhibition is on display in the Foyer of the Limerick School of Art & Design from Tuesday 3rd until Friday 6th February. The exhibition opens at 4pm on Tuesday.
Ormston House presents Table Turning, a solo exhibition by Susan MacWilliam, running until Saturday 21st February. Since 1997, Susan MacWilliam has had an ongoing fascination with how humans have sought to document and quantify the spirit realm. She explores the study of psychic phenomena by drawing from printed archives, scientific apparatus, and interviews with experts. This exhibition of new work has emerged out of meticulous, manual processes: the cutting, stitching, sculpting, and moulding of paper, felt, and clay. For MacWilliam, โthe realisation of ideas and objects in the studioโ is akin to โthe manifestations and materialisations of the sรฉance roomโ. More info here
A new exhibition by Swedish-Irish artist Freya Porritt Wessman will animate the heart of Nicholas Street this winter, running until Friday 20th March. Presented in collaboration with Limerick School of Art and Design and Limerick City and County Council, and funded through Creative Ireland, the project brings contemporary animation, drawing, and storytelling to one of the cityโs most historic quarters. Freyaโs practice is rooted in a deep connection to landscape, folklore and mythology, drawing equally on her Irish and Scandinavian heritage. More info here

Dublin alternative rock Burglar are in Dolans Kasbah at 8pm. Willow and Eduardo formed Burglar after meeting in college in 2021 and bonding over their love of alternative acts such as Stereolab and Smashing Pumpkins. Their backgrounds couldnโt be more different; Eduardo grew up around the punk rock scene in his hometown of Goiรขnia, Brazil, while Willow comes from the indie-pop scene in Dublin. However, their blend of inspirations has given Burglar a unique and addictive sound. Willowโs dissociative lyricism and Eduardoโs confessional style result in energetic and catchy songs with interchangeable vocal leads and omnipresent harmonic work, alongside distorted guitars and buzzing synths. Join Teresa Crowley, Director of the Hunt Museum for a guided tour of the Inaugural Hunt Open Submission Exhibition at 2pm. An exciting contemporary art exhibition drawn from an open call to artists both Nationally and Internationally. The tour offers visitors a chance to explore highlights of the exhibition while gaining insight into the ideas, processes and stories behind the selected works. Along the way, the Director will share perspectives on the peer-judging process, emerging themes and the wide range of artistic practices on display. From painting, sculpture, photography and mixed media. This tour is an opportunity to engage more deeply with the exhibition and discover new artists. Golf Chip โnโ Chat is a relaxed and welcoming four-week programme held at Rathbane Golf Course, designed for people who are new to golf or who want to build confidence in a friendly, social setting. This programme is open to everyone โ men and women of all ages and abilities. No previous golf experience is required, and no equipment is needed as all clubs and balls are provided. Each session takes place on Fridays throughout February at 11am and focuses on simple, enjoyable golf activities such as putting, chipping, pitching and basic iron shots. Bad Reputation presents Blaze Bayley in Dolans Warehouse at 8pm. Blaze Bayley – Metal Hall of Fame inductee – is a singer/songwriter born 29th May 1963 in Birmingham, England. Having started his professional music career in WOLFSBANE in 1984, he was elevated to global heights when he joined IRON MAIDEN with whom he released two albums (“X-Factor” and “Virtual XI”) and toured worldwide between 1994 and 1999. SOLD OUT The Frames are in Dolans Warehouse at 8pm One of Irelandโs most beloved bands, The Frames, have announced a special run of intimate Irish shows for February 2026, returning to the grassroots venues that played a vital role in shaping their early career. The band will play Spirit Store, Dundalk (4 Feb), Dolanโs Warehouse, Limerick (8 Feb), DeBarras, Clonakilty (9 Feb), and Cleeres, Kilkenny (11 Feb). At a time when Irish artists continue to excel on the world stage, these shows shine a spotlight on the small and medium-sized venues that form the foundation of Irelandโs live music ecosystem, and which are now under increasing threat. The Hillside Players return to the stage for their 29th production, Stalker Beware, a two act comedy by Ron Hudson, in the Ardpatrick Community Centre at 8pm. This play revolves around a newly cohabitating couple, Karen and Stuart. Karenโs mother is a little dotty and claims she is being stalked, which couldnโt possibly wreak havoc to their normal lives, could it! Add into the mix unwanted advances from another lady for Stuart, two investigating professionals and an unexpected visitor to set up the scene for a night of cover ups, misunderstandings, and plenty of laugh out loud moments.
